Connecticut Journal of International Law

Home

For forty years, the Connecticut Journal of International Law has been publishing articles covering a range of topics in international and comparative law. Articles explore developments in international law, analyze and compare foreign law, and examine the extraterritorial effects of U.S. law. Examples of topics the Journal accepts include: environmental and climate law, human rights law, corporate law, trade law, outerspace law, national defense law, the law of war, and more.

The Journal publishes in English, but accepts and encourages articles that draw upon foreign language sources.
